Alicante ecorental in nature mountain and sea view

In nature but close to the city, the airport, art and culture. You will feel like in Africa with the views. We have a big garden and good homemade food to offer! (if needed). The land is 2,400 m2 without many neighbors, great for birdwatching, bring you binoculars! A nice dry area with sea and mountain view and a eco pool (filled with rain water). We can show you a thing or two about alternative energy and self-sufficiency that are hardly seen elsewhere.
The property is out of the grid. We provide electricity ourselves by solar panels.

The rental consists of a living room with a sofa double bed, a bedroom with another double bed, a shower and a toilet. All of which are private for the guests.
The toilet is exterior just by the private entrance of the rental.
The kitchen has a double gas stovetop and a refrigerator with small freezer.

Our guests are provided with full privacy but are also welcome to accompany us and share experiences and knowledge about self-sufficiency, sustainable life, travel and good music!
Guests are always welcome to contact us for any personal needs they consider we can provide.

Please note the property is in nature, it is not connected to the grid and we provide basic services ourselves.
Luxury shouldn't be expected.

It is hard to find such a well located space. You are in nature yet at a short distance from the city and cultural surroundings.
We recommend visiting the Cuevas de Canelobre (can be seen from the house) and hikes to breathe some fresh air. The views are really unique.
You can also enjoy the history of the village of Busot with its nice architecture and the Museo Étnico.
Busot is 23 km from Alicante city centre or 20 minutes by car.
The beach of El Campello is at 12 minutes by car.
If you are a fan of hikes, snepling, you like to cycle or just want to relax surrounded by a beautiful scenery, the place is ideal for you.

It is better to come by car, you have plenty of space to park at our place but there is also a bus in the village (15-20 minutes walk) that goes to El Campello (seaside) or Mutxamel. We can provide the bus schedule if needed.
